Refund Policy

At Omech Financial, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you find yourself needing to request a refund for a payment you made, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We are here to listen to your concerns and assist you in processing your refund as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

Eligibility for Full Refunds Full refunds will be issued in cases where your Agreement has been canceled by the merchant or retailer.

Available Refund Methods

Checking or Savings Account.

Refund requests must be initiated by the account holder associated with the payment. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and submitted to the bank account we have on file within three business days of the refund issue date. If the bank account linked to your refund request is closed, we will send a refund check to the address we have on record, which will also be processed within three business days of the refund issue date.

Debit Card

Similar to bank account refunds, only the account holder may request a refund. Refunds for debit card transactions will be returned exclusively to the original card used for the payment. If your refund is approved, it will typically be credited back to your card within one business day of the refund issue date.

Credit Card

Refund requests must be made by the account holder who made the original payment. All credit card refunds will be processed back to the same credit card that was used for the initial transaction. Once approved, you can expect the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement within five to seven business days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Guidance for Late or Missing Refunds

We recommend that you check your bank or card account one more time to confirm the status of your refund. If it has been less than three (3) business days since your refund was processed, we appreciate your patience during this time. If you have thoroughly reviewed your account and it has been at least three (3) business days without the refund appearing, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@omechfinancial.com for further assistance.
